absolutely adored enys men loved the progression of it all, it’s glorious to look at and has some of my favourite editing of the year.

jenkin’s has some amazing ideas and executes them perfectly. mary woodvine gives a brilliant performance especially since she’s the main focus throughout the entire film.

and after the film my friend and i spoke to mark jenkin and we talked about he use of film and him making a music video for thom yorke after…

watched this on saturday and yeah it’s brilliant, park chan-wook builds up some easy techniques and utilises them all throughout the film.

the pacing is brilliant, got this entire section that’s hilarious but quite at the same time and it’s about i’ve cream.

i hate how much this will be a comfort film for me

in may 2019, i wanted to get more into film, seeing a random poster of adam sandler that said punch-drunk love on it and wondering why it didn’t look like the other films he had made.

after watching it i felt something new, a new interest, a new beginning. wanting to understand lighting because of the lenses flares, the way the camera did some amazing shots.

i just wanted to understand how he pta made it, then i went in a…

Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood

It’s my favourite film to rewatch. Punch-Drunk Love is my favourite film but I try not to ruin it by watching it too much. This is just an enjoyable, entertaining and even relaxing film.

    Maybe even my favourite Tarantino.
