The Irishman 2019
I never once looked at the running time, and at 3 hours and 20 minutes, that means something is going right. The Irishman is told in the same structure as Goodfellas, but in a much less bombastic way. De Niro is fantastic as a mob enforcer caught between two loyalties. Marty has made 5+ mob movies at this point and I could continue to watch more. Bravo to cinema!

Every night I ask my wife if she will watch this movie with me and every night she tells me that it’s weird to want to watch this movie so often.
She still thinks I’m weird but she at least acknowledged that it’s great.
