I went in fully expecting to hate (or at least dislike) this, and for the first hour or so, I did often roll my eyes at the flimsy jokes, the lazy and oft-repeated 'awesome mix' trick, and the 'edgy-but-you-know-for-kids' sensibility. But doggone it, this one somehow snuck up on me and I found found myself wiping away real (and, I think, deserved) tears when this delivered its sucker punch. Well played, I guess.
