Elvis 2022
Now that I’ve actually seen this, I can say that it is somehow worse than I anticipated it was going to be, miraculously. I mean, first of all hilarious (and bleak) that the “it has everything to do with us” wasn’t even about MLK….which, you know, is how the trailer sells it…? Truly a laughably bad abomination. I literally walked out of an Elvis biopic without knowing a single iota more about Elvis. Sad!
Also, Baz Luhrmann should be Red Scare-era blacklisted from making movies. Revoke his license or whatever.
