The more times I see a fictionalized portrayal of Princess Diana the more I am convinced we didn’t actually know enough about this woman to tell a story from her point of view. We know she suffered from disordered eating and her husband was a prick and a lot of people took pictures of her, and every show or movie connects these things in the same uninspired way.
