There's certainly something about this one, personally. I think Gunn's humour runs dry for me very quickly but there's a story here that's great. The visuals of the MCU also peaked here. The Ego planet is just lush and the colours are great. The soundtrack really amps it up too.

The theme of this story is great. You're not your father, you're not your mother, you're the family you choose to keep. It rings very true and I enjoy it greatly.
