that scene where sam finally gets through to earth and speaks to his daughter for the first time. he finds out his wife had died years earlier, and upon hearing his own voice on the other end, realises the life he's been living isn't really his. the camera then pans to a view of his rover on the moon, with the earth in the background, and sam wishes to go home.
that feeling of wanting to go home, despite already being there. the feeling that you don't belong, that you could never belong, so you search and you search for a place to call home, but everywhere you go you end up homesick for a place that doesn't even exist. hashtag relatable
