    Even the Rain

    I found this movie kind of fantastic. It depicts the creation of a film about the landing of Cristobal Colon in the Caribbean as being shot in Bolivia using Quechua people as stand-ins for Tainos. As the dedication to Howard Zinn would suggest, its made with a sharp, self-lacerating viewpoint by filmmakers well aware of the histories of colonization and the dangers of representation.
