Dennis Duffy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ugh, really wanted to like this. The Covid angle makes this feel half assed on its own, convenient way to isolate the characters wow, but also how it’s actually incorporated into the narrative is just eye-rollingly irritating. Just can’t get behind it sorry. Hyams is really doing the best he can with this material though, and his history as a DTV action director really helps inject the slasher setpieces with some propulsive life. There’s a big fat prolonged chase sequence in the middle here that nearly manages to save the movie on craft alone. Feel like this could’ve been one of those cases where something would kill with a crowd but feel lackluster at home. Unfortunately, it will never get that chance though.
