D Edward’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of the all-time classics in “so-bad-it’s-good” entertainment. It lives up to its coke-fueled reputation and tries a little bit of everything. The Jim subplot is my favorite because it’s treated so seriously while everything else is pretty fast and loose. Look, rockin’ musical number where Y.K. Kim pinched his friend’s nose with his dirty-ass toes. And now Jim is really trying to give an Oscar-worthy performance. Love it.
I also love that it’s called Miami Connection despite having only one scene take place in Miami. In the movie’s defense, that’s a way better title than Orlando Connection.
