Deckk’s review published on Letterboxd:
100-word review: Unfavourable reviews aside, I was impressed by the first two-thirds of Blonde, which in many ways reminded me of last year's Spencer: both fictionalised accounts of important women, tormented by their extraordinary environment, portrayed by an actress pouring everything into the role, and framed by lush editing, visuals, transition shots, and camera angles; some a bit too creative perhaps (I never need to see that abortion POV, but the Niagara Falls transition was cool for example). But it's undeniably made at the expense of Monroe herself. Also, please no more talking CGI fetuses or calling every partner "daddy".
