a movie so good that a month after seeing it i saw it again 1,933 miles away just to show it to my dad. worth noting: he laughed so hard at the introduction of the hot dog fingers that i thought he was gonna hurt himself. he also had this to say, offhand: “that’s what movie-making is for… that’s what it’s all about… something like THAT!”, which kinda sums it up better than i ever could
