So this isn't my personal project any more, this is a community list.
FURTHER NOTE: As this list became unwieldy and difficult to maintain, I have decided to cap it at 1000 films for now. For every suggestion I add, I now remove a film. So it is a rotating list of depressing movies. Feel free to politely tell me which films you think don't belong here.
