Chris Sullivan’s review published on Letterboxd:
This far surpassed my expectations. What looks like a typical payback film turned out to be a stylized exploration of alienation from a corrupt system. The reunion sequence of Lee Marvin and John Vernon crossing a room of indistinguishable men and ending up on the floor surrounded by their legs and shoes seemed like it could have been lifted from Pierrot le Fou or something. Plus, who doesn't want to see Lee Marvin punch a guy in the nuts?
