Stars at Noon 2022
My last film in Cannes this year and it’s the biggest let down of all, it’s long, tedious, boring at points, actors can’t perform well because they have to says lines and dialogues in Spanish which they didn’t do well, the pace it’s messed and the story is just not entertaining. I couldn’t grip myself with anything from this.
Only good thing from this premiere is that I saw Tom Hanks as I was walking into the theater he was leaving, good man he looking fit

A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence 2014
Comedic, relaxing and oddly satisfying, I spent the entire film over thinking and trying to find other meanings in the images shown, the movie allows you to take some time to think because the scenes go slow and there no camera movement whatsoever so you are still and wide watching the scene, most of the dialogues seem simplistic and mundane, the sets and backgrounds are monotone but really pretty and captivating, looking forward to see other work from Roy, thanks to Vinny for hooking me up with this DVD
