Favorites change as I rewatch/spend time without watching them
With excessive use of montage, asphyxiating editing and a generic antagonist, Nobody managed to bore me even with such an original premise. Some moments were entertaining (such as the bus scene) but they were few far in to make it an enjoyable experience.
Even with all that aside, I think this film lacked identity and style. What did it do to differentiate itself from all the other hundreds of generic action movies? Nothing at all.
Glad to see Bob Odenkirk on the big screen but I’ll stick to watching him on Better Call Saul.
A rollercoaster of emotions, Another Round is a film that portrays the social benefits of alcohol consumption and its darker consequences.
The story is highly entertaining and touching, as it made me laugh a lot and shed a tear. Of course, it is also guaranteed to leave your throat parched, in need of an ice cold beer. I think is blends drama and comedy to perfection.
Amazing performances from Mads Mikkelsen and Thomas Bo Larsen. Whoever doesn’t get touched by the birthday dinner scene and the climax needs to get a heart.

Not enough slow motion.
Perfect? Not at all. Flawed? Certainly... but man, were this four fun hours.
