Pretty fucked up film about loss of identity with some decent and disturbing elements.
Toshiro Mifune has cast iron balls and ice in his blood. Extra points for him taking REAL ARROWS shot at him for the climax. REAL FUCKING ARROWS! If he didn't make his mark exactly or the archers aim was off, he'd have been shot and likely seriously wounded!
An excellent Japanese version of the famed Scottish Play.
Not nearly as good, fun or with as much heart as the far superior Tommy Boy, but this Farley/Spade vehicle is still a fun (if brainless) romp for 86 minutes.
Grab the bong and enjoy one of the few films lucky enough to catch that comedy magic that was Chris Farley and David Spade before Farley's untimely death.
