Can’t decide between a 4 and a 4.5 but this was still amazing.
Fincher directed the hell out of this film and this can clearly be seen in every scene. The way he frames his scenes and how the camera moves is so clean and smooth, making it even more fun to watch. Colour is also used very well.
Although it’s mostly quite slow paced, it succeeded in keeping me hooked and entertained. For a two and a half hour long film I rarely lost interest in what was going on and the third act really kept me on the edge of my seat.
All acting was pretty much great especially from Jake Gylenhaal who is one of my favourite actors.
So yeah Zodiac is a great film with great acting and an interesting story. I don’t know if it really has much rewatchability which is a reason why my score might go down later but it’s still worth watching.
Thanks for reading :)
