Check out my original review here.

Well I didn’t expect this to be the final movie I’d watch in 2021, but I thought it’d be important to recognize Betty White in one of my all time favorite movies.

I watched this film for the first time this year, and since then I’ve watched it too many times in the background of other things. It’s always brought me great comfort when I’m sad or feeling lonely, and now seems to be one…

    Our Little Sister

I laughed, I cried, I smiled more times than I can count and I just feel so happy. I could have watched this for hours longer and still loved it. It’s such a simple story looking in the lives of four sisters, but at the same time, the characters were so real and had so many incredibly touching moments. Finding treasures like this makes me happy to be alive.

I wanted something light this morning so I thought what could go wrong with a fun little animated family film?

    Well apparently a lot.

    So let’s talk about it.

Inside Out features 5 emotions, Joy (Amy Poehler), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), Fear (Bill Hader) and Anger (Lewis Black) as they try and navigate the feelings of 11-year-old Riley (Kaitlyn Dias) after her life is uprooted from a small midwestern town to San Francisco.

    The animation of Inside Out…

I was in the mood for horror, and saw the poster for this (not the current one on LB) and thought it might be what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was kind of underwhelmed.

    So let’s talk about it.

Bloody Hell is a Horror Comedy that follows Rex (Ben O’Toole), a man recently released from prison after being controversially convicted by stopping a bank robbery. He travels to Finland for a new start and finds himself locked up and missing a…

After hearing about the phenomenal star-studded cast, I was extremely curious about this movie. My mother also loved end-of-the-world disaster movies and so I didn’t have to persuade her very much to watch it with me.

    So let’s talk about it.

Don’t Look Up follows astronomers Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), after they discover a catastrophic comet headed towards earth, and their attempts to bring attention to it through all the politics of the American…
