Colin Loberg’s review published on Letterboxd:
This movie uses two different subtitle fonts, neither of them presumedly dyslexia friendly, depending if a scene is reality or a dream. But it’s pretty neat cuz the dream font looks like the Newport cigarettes logo.
My first Buñuel. Gorgeous movie. And incredible that Deneuve was so young.
But so much of the picture’s mystique was ruined by some of the worst theater attendees I’ve seen in years. Even a shot as innocuous as an apartment address number would get the Rocky Horror treatment.
