  Pretty impressively tells a story mostly from Goldin’s point of view using mostly her words, memories, and photographs. I just started reading Cookie Mueller’s book and some of the overlap between the book and the movie made this even more potent for me. Her mom reading the quote from Heart of Darkness and the zoom in on her dad destroyed me

  Join the army, visit exotic places, etc. One of the most insane movies ever made. Incredibly influential (13 Hours, video games, etc). So many hot mfs with good haircuts wearing camo. Any shot involving a helicopter in this is perfect and this movie is worth watching for any shots of or from a helicopter
