Hello!!!
Favorites are films I gave 5 stars.
Like every Kieslowski work I've seen, this is just incredible. The first, fifth, and sixth episodes in particular were my favorites. The episodes do vary in quality quite a bit and there were a couple I wasn't a big fan of, but the great ones outweigh the weaker ones. Overall, a thematically rich work of art that I'll likely appreciate even more over time.
Completely worth the long wait and a huge improvement over the first film. Deserves to be seen on the biggest screen you can find, the visual effects are fucking incredible.
I would write a longer review for this if I could, but I'm at a loss of words right now. This film is even more crazy, unique, and fun than I was expecting it to be. I had such a terrific time watching this at my local theater, this film was perfect to see on a big screen. Definitely lives up to the hype and as of now is my favorite film of 2022.
Hello Letterboxd mutuals! I have two things I want to announce to you all:
1. Some of you already know this, but for those who don't know, today is my birthday!!!!
2. Starting tomorrow I will be going on a vacation that will last for about a week, so don't expect to see me on Letterboxd a whole lot at all during this time. I will become more active again once my vacation is over.
