Either this movie keeps aging beautifully like a fine wine, or my '90s nostalgia just keeps getting stronger - probably both. Whichever side is "more true," the ultimate truth is - if you were of any formative age in/around the '90s and even a semi-casual horror fan, this is very likely a part of your DNA. And this is coming from someone who admittedly didn't love it back then, just thought it was "pretty fun, but forgettable." HA! Wrong. Always a pleasure to revisit now, and simply impossible for me to watch even a minute of without grinning ear to ear. Love, for real.
