there’s definitely a lot of meaning behind certain scenes that i might just not be understanding. i will say, this movie is not what i expected. i feel like it spent more on cinematic shots and sequences than it should. i don’t know how i feel about this one. however, i see how the depiction of every man in this film is almost similar to her ex-husband. it’s a reoccurring theme where men try to seem helpful and different per say, but ultimately end up manipulating and playing victim. 
thats what i got from it. besides all of that, the horror elements were spot on. i genuinely felt afraid for her as she dealt with the stalker. also, the ending was very abrupt and i’m not sure if our main character accepted it or what? this movie would’ve been better if it was written and directed by a woman.
