One of the scariest things I’ve seen since hereditary. Some of the only jumpscares to ever actually make me lose my shit. It’s a lot like It Follows, but it does enough on its own to be a great film. It has some of the most bold and uniquely disturbing images I’ve seen recently, especially towards the end, but the end itself is a bit predictable since horror movies all like to end the same nowadays post a24 horror films. Overall, horror is alive and well recently and this is a very strong one with some terrifying and genuinely disturbing moments. The score is very it follows as well and I liked it. One of the closing images of the entity is an all timer for me.
