No one cares but, my dad was born the night of Michael's first kill. So that's kinda cool right?
Marie Antoinette rocked my world. She's a indie hottie with purple Converse all stars, more dogs than I could count, and excellent taste.
I am utterly obsessed with Marie's chemise a la reine cottage core dresses, and confectionery color pallete throughout the film. The "I want candy" fuck-it-spending-spree scene has to be one of my favorite moments in cinematic history.
The soundtrack was out of the world, Sophia Coppola absolutely nailed the modernization of the French Revolution. I am watching this again asap.
A technicolor treat.
The Red Shoes is a classic piece of cinematic history that delves into the life of Vicky - a talented young dancer who lives for ballet. Her life comes to a crossroads when she falls deeply in love with the composer of the ballet, but when her director finds out, she is forced to choose between dancing and romance. The film was a visually stunning fantasia full of beautiful sets, costumes, and goosebump-inducing dance numbers that will leave you utterly mesmerized and completely devastated.
If you're a fan of Black Swan and Whiplash, you'll love this film.
