The animation is stunning. It's such a quiet story, but very nuanced with every look, every decision. This man's day to day life, wondering if he can build the confidence inside of himself. The lust is tense and when we think of lust it can be seen as such a dirty thing, but it can also be beautiful. Like one body being turned on just by the existence of another one. This film knows what it's like to treasure the breaths before intense sexual satisfaction, but it also knows how intoxicating it could be just to think about that one guy in your class while you're in bed at 2 AM.
