Does away with the divine intervention of God and instead offers a buffet of CGI armies smashing into each other amidst a giant whirlwind tornado fest and a big surf wave big enough to make any surf boi jealous.
I hate to say but I think this is it for the old dog named Ridley Scott.
Aliens, Blade Runner and even Gladiator are now well into his artistic past. And in this present day and age of million dollar CGI extravaganzas, Mr. Scott is clearly showing that his glory days are now behind him.
Put up your directing sword up on the mantle piece there Mr.Scott, you've fought the good fight but now it is time for more younger, more talented men to heed the call of directorship.
