    A third sequel is not always a lucky charm, at least not in the Shrek universe.
    It was depressingly boring and trite. Awful story with a stupid villain. It completely lacks the wit and charm that made the first two Shrek films classics. Every joke lands horribly and sometimes awkwardly cringe. They literally reference poop every 5 minutes. But I think it's very appropriate for this type of film because it's obviously a piece of shit. Dreamworks, stop trying so hard, or hire the same director.
