the framing of the mystery here is really terrific, once again. that being said, this movie is horribly miscast and as a result, it has to rely on caricature and pop culture buzzword vomit in an attempt to recapture the dynamic of the first movie’s ensemble. totally falls flat on its face in that sense and the only time i really laughed was when daniel craig was playing among us, but that should come as no surprise to you if you know anything about me.
