A very sweet, wholesome, cute story - a crowd pleaser. A little forced at times to pad the runtime, but very nearly an all timer if it just stuck with everything that made the first few simple interactions with Charles so fun.

Can someone make Nick Searcy shut the fuck up? Not everything needs to be a monologue! Laying shot on the street dying when this hot air bag comes by to mansplain why dying is a sad affair and should be viewed as a Chevy truck… fucking you couldn’t curb stomp me fast enough!
The film decided to try on a few different things but stayed mostly in the generic revenge plot arena. Cage got to play stoic and dangerous but was mostly utilized in small chunks - giving ample time to the charisma black holes in the rest of the cast to make this a slog.
