    This is an underrated film…

Excellent performances, great editing, a very engagingly oddball pair of characters at the centre of it. Bears rematches very well.

Significantly better than Episode 1, tying up JarJar, as it does, with loads of red tape to handle, while sending the others off to figure out what in hell the plot is. Teen Annikin still isn’t a great actor, but he’s waaay easier to take than baby Annikin from Episode 1, despite his angstiness. Yoda makes ‘ya love him, and saves the show in more than one respect.

This is the film where director Carol Morley told Patsy Clarkson to stare off blankly into space, and "I'll film that for 4 hours".

Of course TIFF claims that the…
