  Victoria Vincent made a leaner, less mean Perfect Blue and it's as endlessly rewatchable as the rest of her work to date.

  I thought I had properly prepared for this, but I think I'm just gonna have to see it again before I can say what I think. What I can say for sure is this is the most alienating movie he's ever made with stars and I don't believe the people who made it with him know what they feel about it either.
