Brian Tremblay’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is an extremely dumb film, as that is what it’s supposed to be. Although, it has a brilliance that is quite unexplainable. I think it’s obvious it wouldn’t be made today, but it was perfect for it’s time and it’s target audience, which happened to be me, and kids like me. Kids between the age of 6-12 in 1988. Time travel + history + childish humor + music. It worked, it really did.
