This is a great movie for any fan of Spielberg, movies and just great stories. A story about a kid growing up, loving and making movies, a family trying to keep things going and what choosing a path in a creative field can be like.
Paul Dano playing the father did a great job and it's the first role I can think of where he's not a disturbing, creepy character. He really crushed it. Michelle Williams as the mom was equally amazing, and sad.
The cameo from David Lynch was one of my favorite moments.
John Williams has another amazing soundtrack with this.
This movie punched me in the heart several times and has one of the best, funniest final shots of all-time, Might be one of my favorite Spielberg movies ever made.
