Red Boxman’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of the best contemporary screenwriters and directors adapting one of the fathers of English language storytelling using methods that pay homage to the fathers of cinema.
Wonderful performance from Denzel. And I’ll echo the common appreciation for how Coen handled the Sisters on screen.
Could be enjoyed during date night or a high school English class. I’d love to see every Shakespeare tragedy adapted in this style. Loved it.
