Benjamin Boekelaar’s review published on Letterboxd:
This depressed the hell out of me. The two lead performances were incredibly charismatic and endearing. I felt so bad for both of them. By no means the first film to tackle these issues. But the angle it hits and the character choices it makes are brilliant. This could easily be a film of great shock and betrayal. A film of two enemies or a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Instead it’s a film of what it is to survive in a cut-throat capitalist and racist society.
