Found the story pretty lackluster but those three brothers just got something about them.

I feel like this movie draws a nice conclusion but then somewhat goes back on it. The brothers seem to overcome they're cultural ignorance and empty search for some sort of "awakening" in they're grief at the funeral yet then proceed with they're weird spiritual shit not long afterwards.

I usually don't like to give these types of "artistic" old fashioned movies whose main attraction consists of hidden symbolism made for pretentious film students to study and jerk off over much credit. But this is a properly disturbing depiction of a fully fledged nightmare (added to by that eerie wind noise in the background) that at times did impress me by how freakish and erratic it was.

Don't get me wrong though, I still hated it just as much…

How could you turn down a guy that built an aquarium, saved Latin and created the "best play ever" for you?

The fact that Max basically attempts to murder Herman twice is just brushed over.

    Tarantino at his absolute horniest.

Too much girly chitter chatter, not enough bloody splitter splatter.

Randle was probably just taking the piss about being a vegetable again.

These roles must've fucked the actors up, elite performances.
What pisses me off is how Billy's stutter seemed to pass for a while once he found some confidence yet that bitch of a nurse ruined it for him, all the man needed was a bit of sex.

I watched the family guy "dancing bag" parody before I seen this movie so that whole scene was fucking hilarious for me.

I can't tell if this film is pretentious or if it just has a pretentious character. Anyways, I might not find a plastic bag to be beautiful but Lester's escape from that mundane, boring, empty, superficial, hate your job, hate your wife suburban life (the ultimate hell) was damn glorious.

I know there's probably a definitive answer to this but it's kinda hard to pinpoint; which of the characters are included as one of the "hateful eight"? I mean Marquis, Ruth, Domergue, Mannix, Oswaldo, Gage, Jody and Bob would be my picks. Yet that leaves out Ed who's sort of a part of the group (yet isn't very hateful) as well as General Smithers who's probably the most hateful of the whole lot.

Was one bounty hunting, 19th century, n-word filled movie not enough for Tarantino?

Ain't nobody ever ate a chocolate without checking/ knowing what it is first.

It's kinda sad that Forrest is somewhat self aware of his stupidity yet isn't able to grasp the many amazing things he's done.

    Movie logic be like:
Follow girl who's doing her job around + communicate with her like 5 times = sex + love

The funniest part of this movie is how untroubled all the hostages are. Like they mustn't have even been bothered to help the police identify Anthony and all.

It's funny how the whole climax of this phenomenal movie is basically just a basketball game.

The constant loudness and rush of everything as well as the overlapping dialogue creates so much stress that it eventually molds into this incredible, unique adrenaline.

Wouldn't a will that names Gustave the sole heir in the event of Mme. D's death by murder make the man seem more guilty?

The way Anderson physically frames stuff within the movie is emblematic because the man's a damn artist.
