Loved the music being played and Annabelle Lee.

Interestingly, it made me think about how there was a time when someone doing the Nazi salute was played out as pure "shock" but now it's back to being extremely problematic. What's old is new again even with transgressive art.

A poor, poor man's Repulsion and The Tenant. The arrogance of the film maker believing that the viewer should be invested in the character's mental demise without building character, tension or atmosphere. From the very beginning of the film the character acts "weird" and hears the same score that we're listening to as it draws her to a "mysterious" room.

I've never seen a slower paced "art" film with so many jump scares. And all the jump scares are completely…
