Blake Tucker’s review published on Letterboxd:
This struck me like a dagger to the heart. It showed me a lot of the things I had been missing lately from my life: staying out all night drinking with friends, random dance parties in the street, spending money I don’t have on caviar and alcohol in a fancy restaurant for the sake of a friends birthday; but more importantly it served as a beautiful reminder to not forget who you are and how we shouldn’t sacrifice any of these things for the sake of others or your own happiness. Now that we’re at the finish line of getting this all back, it lit an emotional fire within me. The ending was life affirming and the final climactic shot was the best I’ve seen since Claire Denis’ Beau Travail.
