  Has a few fun moments but never really captures the absurd horror of the fake trailer. Per usual with Eli Roth, tone ranges from gleefully absurd (this is when it’s best) to clumsily sincere.

  Wow! That was such good movie. The acting was amazing, so was the visuals and the cinematographies. It was also very dark and gritty. I would definitely say my favorite part was when that guy (I don’t remember his characters name it might have been ralph? I think?) started running but then those other guys were like hey stop right there and they just clobbered him straight to the ground. Was so exiting and dramatic! I hate to admit it…

  A decent first 30 minutes. What follows is the most extreme downhill turn I’ve ever witnessed in a movie. It’s a shame, this has all the pieces to be a great movie. Or at least one that’s up my alley.

  It looks good though. Vilmos always delivers.
