Detective HP Lovecraft is on a case to find a missing tome (The Necronimicron) before a secret society can use it to bring forth an old god (you know which one)

Wow, what a weird but wonderful random find on HBO Max. Imagine Who Framed Roger Rabbit but with magic and creatures instead of cartoons. Its established that…

Film 94 of the 100 Horror Movies in 92 Days 2021

A bank robber is sent into a samurai wasteland to retrieve a Governor's grandaughter.

Strange movie. Seems like I've been stuck in this weird takes on old genre hits phase lately, with this Voodoo Apocalypse and even MalignantThis one is like a mix of Escape From New York and The Bad Batch. Nicholas Cage is as cagey as his new normal and Bill Moseley seems like hes having fun.…

First movie of Hooptober 8.0 is an old favorite of mine. I love the Blair Witch project and this parody does the story well with the combined forces of the Scooby gang behind it. The mix of Found Footage and Animation worked really well. I wouldn't mind watching more Scooby movies shot in this manner.

Wow, who knew Fear Street would be in the running for my favorite movie of the year. I loved it.

First off, Soundtrack …. I need the soundtrack. All my favorite 90s songs

2nd, this felt very much like those post Scream slashers of the late 90s. Except with teens that actually look like teens.

Add GORE and some holy shit moments.

CANNOT WAIT until next week for the next chapter.

I’m 90% certain right now I’d buy the whole trilogy in physical media if/when it’s released.

Also this was Theater worthy 100%

Oh AND it was a Halloween Holiday Movie! 🎃
