hi, i was in a marvel theater yesterday and i missed it so much. nothing beats that feeling. then add on the fact this was a movie most people have been waiting years for, i was excited. (and i was with my bestie)
first and foremost, seeing natasha finally getting her own movie was crazy. when i first started really getting into marvel i didn’t think it would happen. but here we are. scarlett may not be my favorite person but i’m happy she and her character got this. it was so deserved and should’ve happened earlier.
i loved seeing all the widows. seeing all the girlies kick each others asses was amazing and i lowkey needed more of it. i didn’t think the family story would be my favorite thing but i enjoyed it and it added more to the movie.
overall i thought the comedy was great. florence and david’s comedic lines and moments were the best for me. seriously whatever they touched and said in this turned to gold. and rachel in that makeup and suit…i’m blushing.
there were somethings that i had problems with like some of the cgi, sometimes it was hard to hear them and some directing things weren’t my favorite. but right now i feel good with giving this a four but that could change on a rewatch.
