Quite possibly the most French™ film I have ever seen. Alain Delon could murder me.

The opening sequence and assembling-a-crew scenes are great. There are so many things about things that are SO much fun and worth seeing on a big screen. There are... many things I disliked or raised my eyebrow at.

But it's a fun popcorn movie and easily the best Snyder movie in years.

i might come back with a more sincere review later, but for right now i will just say that nicolas cage deserves 300 awards.

I wasn't blown away by this, but man. Jason Ralph has an amazing Romantic Gaze™.
