Greg’s review published on Letterboxd:
A slow-burn that is well worth the praise. A gorgeous view of a family surviving their own war zone, in a plagued 70’s Mexico City. My true praise goes not only to the impressive camera work, but the stellar sound design. The crashing of waves, the brushing of feet against blades of grass, feet against brick roads in crowded cityscapes. All against a cleansed sound pallete of silence. This isn’t my favorite film of the year upon initial reaction, though I see this being a grower after my second view.
