Italian neorealism still isn't my thing, but I liked this one. It's probably heresy to say this but I greatly preferred this film to Bicycle Thieves. The child performances were really impressive and the story is more gripping.

I think I just might like my neorealist films with a dash of Hollywood in them? Please feel free to recommend me some more neorealist films that you think I might enjoy if you know any!
