In many ways, the ur-text for the gay travelogue porno, and probably Bjorn's best work. You don't have to squint to see the appeal of going to a gorgeous place and having sex with attractive people who want to have sex with you. Home of the Brave 1986
First, I heard Laurie Anderson's studio work and assumed that it wouldn't translate to live very well. But, then, I saw it performed, live, and it makes me wonder how I lived with it in one dimension before. One of the early pioneers of irony in pop music (preceded by Neu! and adjacent to Devo), the abstracted and distanced persona she draws is fully realized here. Small touches surprised me, like the actual stage appearances by William S. Burroughs and the presence of extended techniques. Eats the lunch of almost any concert film of this era. Strong recommend.

Tristan and Isolde 1972
It took me years to find this DVD and then I found it on a website called DVDLady and it took three weeks to get an unmarked DVD in an unmarked DVD case from Israel in a Tyvek envelope. It was a film that was meandering but beautiful and has a great soundtrack and would be well-served by a restoration. I can't say that I have this movie ripped and shareable so I am not saying that. I can't say that you can ask me about it so don't ask me about it is what I have to say about it.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum 2019
Watched it on closed captioning on a plane no sound and listened to Eraserhead soundtrack. For best effect start the soundtrack 1.5 minutes before starting the movie then turn off the movie after the soundtrack is finished
