Armando Vanegas’s review published on Letterboxd:
Unexpectedly takes the Full Metal Jacket route where each half contributes to a separate piece. The first half concerning 1666 is surprisingly more engaging than I thought. The backstory concerning Sarah Tier works in making you sympathize with what happens. Once things start wrap up, you do get invested in how this part of the story will bring things together. When it gets into mall shenanigans during the second half, it's rather silly but I still enjoyed it. Fear Street: 1666 makes for a nice end to the overall story as it manages to cover all the things you want covered. I was satisfied with what I got.
