I picked this out of the Bill Rebane movies I hadn't seen because of the wonderful poster. It starts and I think, "This guy sings like Tiny Tim." The credits roll and damn, it is Tiny Tim. Tim is the best thing in this obviously and a natural clown. The rest is pretty generic and unsurprising except for one thing. The childlike way our protagonist is treated by the film is bizarre. She falls asleep and is carried without waking…
Naughty pot farmers' plant steroids mutate ticks! Giant ticks skittering like rats. Sometimes they are chestbursters and sometimes Carlton turns into a giant tick. The giant ticks look pretty good as they rush around but this really isn't funny. We have Seth Green, Clint Howard, and Alfonso Ribeiro (the great Carlton) are all very funny performers but the only stand outs moments are Howard's physical comedy in the beginning.

Two crew members wake up on a colony ship going to another planet to find things haven't gone according to plan. This is a lovely mix of Alien, Aliens, the Road Warrior, and a little Matrix. The sets are amazing and really sell the ship board setting. Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster deliver with their performances of people who might lose it at any second.

Two couples go in search of a dead relatives treasure trove of civil war era muskets and whiskey barrels complete with guiding treasure map. Local creeps harass them along the way, but our heroes are undeterred and bumble into their secret. Both women then get horribly raped providing the men with motivation to get some guns and kick some ass. Yeah, that is kinda gross.
