Lachie Skinner’s review published on Letterboxd:
Rewatching the sequel to one of the greatest films of all time reminded me of how unnecessary Blade Runner 2049 was, but succeeded. Just like in this film as it's 60% sequel and 40% prequel with Robert De'Niro playing young Vito in the film. I think he deserves the win personally. But somehow Al Pacino didn't win for one of these films. He deserves it. Frances Ford Coppola is the fucking man.
